What your membership covers, and what insurance still covers.
This is the question almost everyone asks, so here is the plain answer. Keep your insurance. The membership adds what insurance was never designed to buy.

Direct access to your doctor by phone, text and video
Membership fees are not usually reimbursed by insurance, and HSA or FSA rules for concierge fees vary. Some members use these accounts for eligible services. Please check with your tax advisor before relying on it.
Do you accept patients on Medicare?
Yes, many of our members are on Medicare. You keep your Medicare coverage for covered services, and your membership pays for services Medicare doesn't cover, such as after hours access and extended visits. We'll explain exactly how this works at your meet and greet.
What if I join and it isn't right for me?
Within your first 90 days, you can cancel for any reason and we'll refund your unused months in full. After that, you can cancel with 30 days written notice.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the difference is prorated. You can move to a smaller plan at your renewal date.
Will my price go up?
Your rate is locked for your full membership year. If fees change, we tell you at least 60 days before your renewal, in writing.
