You're never without your doctor. Wherever you are, you can call or video Dr. Calloway directly to talk through what's happening. If you need to be seen in person, we help you find trusted local care and stay in touch with the doctors treating you until you're home.
Do I still need my health insurance?
Yes, and we recommend you keep it. Your insurance or Medicare continues to pay for lab work, imaging, specialists, hospital care and prescriptions. Your membership pays for something insurance doesn't: direct access and real time with your physician.
Is there a long contract?
No. Memberships run monthly or yearly and you can cancel with 30 days written notice. If you leave within your first 90 days for any reason, we refund your unused months in full.
What actually happens at the meet and greet?
It's a relaxed 20 minute conversation with Dr. Calloway, in person at our Westlake office or by video. You'll talk about what you want from a doctor, how membership works and what it costs. It's complimentary, and there is no obligation to join.
